Polisia has always been the signature red wine of Rocco and Stefano's grandparents, which is why they precisely designed it to be enjoyed at different times of the day and paired with different traditional dishes.

Fun (wine) fact: The name originates from an ancient local legend: POLISIA, daughter of the Roman prefect Polibio, converted to Christianity disobeying his pagan father. She was forced to run away and hide in Mount Ascenzione, which stands right above Ascoli.
