Dry, light with a lot of finesse and tension - Immich-Batterieberg's interpretation of a complex Riesling from mineral slate sites. The grapes for this Riesling come from the steep vineyards near Enkirch, and they get harvested by hand only. Ripe peach, apple and citrus stand out on the palate. A classic Kabinett that can only come from the beautiful Mosel!
Ps. You may want to allow this wine a moment of air contact after opening it so that it can develop.
